Dr. Yoshitaka Mouri, a sociologist and critic from Tokyo University of the Arts  and artist Kirk Palmer discuss the social implications of nuclear disasters.  

Focusing on the creation of collective memories following nuclear disasters, Mouri and Palmer will consider social responses in Japan and the role of artists in creating and sustaining critical discourses around the production of nuclear energy.
