A photography exhibition by Richard Walls
About
Richard Walls takes the road over Buttertubs Pass every day on his journey between home in Wensleydale and work in Swaledale. Is there a better commute in the UK? Over Buttertubs is a collection of large format, aluminium printed, photographs of these two stunning but very different dales, capturing them in all seasons and all tempers, taken over the last four years.
Richard is Yorkshire landscape photographer living and working in Upper Swaledale, the most northerly of the Yorkshire Dales. With his partner, Polly, Richard owns and manages The Old School Muker Art Gallery & Craft Centre, where you can view his photographs alongside the work of some fabulous artists, print makers and crafts people. Richard is also Muker's premier bongo player.
