Saturday 20 May

Sculpting the Line - Free Wax Workshops

London Sculpture Workshop (Unit 0)
Saturday, 10am-1pm or 2-5pm
In this hands-on workshop, participants will use modelling wax and explore the sculptural properties of working in wax. Wax is an extremely versatile and traditional sculptural material often used for modelling preparation, for example in bronze casting. There will be a number of demonstrations throughout the day and participants will be encouraged to experiment with construction and wax modelling. There will be a quick pop-up exhibition and informal discussion at the end of the two sessions.

Create Your Own Tote Bag – Free Drop-In Print Workshops

Thames-Side Print Studio (Unit 4)

Over the weekend we'll be offering hands-on drop-in workshops in print. Why not learn to pull a screenprint to create and takeaway your very own unique Tote bag or have a go at printing a collagraph/monoprint in the etching area.

A perfect opportunity to find out about our facilities and print courses to see our print studio in action. Browse a broad selection of framed and unframed editions produced by our members and invited artists, available to purchase and take away with you.
