About
Inspired by Economist Jeremy Rifkin, Open Source: Art at the Eclipse of Capitalism, is a group exhibition curated by Lisa Schiff, Leslie Fritz and Eugenio Re Rebaudengo. The show takes its cue from what Rifkin calls a ‘third industrial revolution’ and how this might reflect on contemporary artistic culture. The focus is on artists working since 1990 who have utilised new technologies and embraced a reimagined future such as Cory Arcangel, John Gerrard, Daniel Keller, Josh Kline, Katja Novitskova, Pamela Rosenkranz and Avery Singer.
