This week the world's first video art gallery will be taking London's Affordable Art Fair by storm. Open is a London gallery specialising in large scale projected video art. The only gallery at the fair exhibiting video art, Open are bringing their unique video paintings to a wider audience.
Open's work regularly sells for tens of thousands of pounds, but a limited number of editions will be available for a fraction of this price at the AAF. Open see video painting becoming a major influence on the future landscape of public and private spaces, and it is important to the gallery that this work can play a part in people's everyday lives. Open's curator Hilary Lawson has therefore selected a series of editions to offer for sale at AAF for under £3,000 including Gabrielle Le Bayon's Out of Frame - collecting art has never been more affordable!
The reduction in the cost of the selected pieces is a one-off for the Affordable Art Fair, and there are only a limited number of editions available making this a unique and exciting exhibition so do come along!
