About
Open Arts Café is a mixed arts evening for up-and-coming artists of all mediums to present new and original work in a dynamic and supportive atmosphere. The artists are of the highest standard and this hidden gem of London's underground arts scene has been successfully running for 7 years. It’s only five minutes from Marble Arch, in the West End.
Pay-what-you-can at the door, £3 for a glass of wine, free snacks and delightful entertainment: music, theatre, film, puppetry, poetry, comedy, visual arts, acrobatics… It is impossible to explain the atmosphere and camaraderie that is present during Open Arts Café, the best way by far to experience it is to come along to the next event!
May 26th ‘Betwixt and Between’ features Music from Henri Green, Comedy from John Luke Roberts & Michelle Wormleighton, Short films from Lucy Brydon & James Street, Theatre from Anne-Maria McCarthy, Illustrations from Isabel Farfan, Photography from Soupdemots, plus new songs and awesome singalong from host Maya Levy.
