Phoenix Art Space and tutor Allan Ramsay are delighted to be able to offer you an opportunity to join this class online. This course will introduce participants to drawing and painting portraits and is suitable for beginners. The course will provide an understanding of basic anatomy and the methods, techniques and ways of looking needed to create a likeness. The course runs for six weeks. The first half will focus on drawing and the second half will focus on painting with acrylics.
The course will be delivered via Zoom, each session will begin and end via a group chat. Throughout the session members of the group will be able to post comments, ask questions and share images of their work via Zoom. Allan will provide one to one feedback as you work on your drawings. Once signed up, you will be sent instructions on how to join the Zoom meeting and information about the structure of each session.
