ONCE ONLY ONCE is an exhibition of immersive art installations by French artist Djeff. The exhibition takes place on 3000 square meters in the impressive vaults of the former Böhmische Brauerei in Berlin-Friedrichshain.

About
ONCE ONLY ONCE celebrates the fulfilling and thought-provoking experience. It prompts to embrace and to reflect on what makes our existence so unique: only one life, only one earth.
Three installations unfold under the vaults: they are appealing to the senses which are universal to humankind and foster an awareness of being, while drawing on technologies that are dominating our everyday life. The great escape is a space filled with hundreds of candles, Black widow an installation which evokes the idea of a technological trap. Breeze transforms every shadow of movement to a luminous game, facilitating the exploration of the body in space.
Djeff is an internationally exhibited artist from France, whose works have been shown at Centre Pompidou in Paris, E-Arts Festival in Shanghai and House of Electronic Arts in Basel, amongst others. ONCE ONLY ONCE marks the first solo show of the artist in Germany. The exhibition is curated and organised by Polina Piagin and Lotta Pick and sponsored by Unité de Production and Pandion.
