About
Urban life is today the scenario for high-impact processes and tensions, and an urban designer is a guide that will set courses and lead the future ways and behaviours for these changes, transforming them into a new memorable event.
This dialogue on projects is not a content in itself: it is an open process, taking place through successive interactions, which in its evolution celebrates the variety of disciplines that allow for the construction of that space.
Dedicated to materializing extremely difficult projects, this task also interprets community desires and needs.
Under these circumstances, the relationship between City and Water, Urban and Rural, Industry and Residence, Habitat and Public Space, points to a countless number of significant events, which in turn mark an enormous difference on the process of projecting.
This type of intervention promotes other decisions, different from those in any other comparable place, where significant expressions of nature guide the architect’s vision and the possibility of producing various social events.
Thus, the 21st century project differs from the previous one, and reserves for itself the profile of a period of an infinite variety of events, which like a permanent palimpsest shall assume today the project that interprets the local culture together with the spirit of the global world and the lifelines of all times.
Fascinating and creative, the project concerning the development of cities and the land and community transformation processes is the key professional goal of Oficina Urbana.
