Vincent Chomaz is an artist and cultural operator interested in associative and informal forms of knowledge production and dissemination. Spanning installations, workshops, publications, formats of co-production, and interventions, his work focuses on listening as a social, political, and aesthetic practice – an associative and empathic tool to investigate collective dynamics as a network of subjective narratives and memories. From 2012 to 2014, Chomaz co-founded and co-directed EXPO, a not-for-profit art space located in Berlin-Neukölln. He has since recurrently collaborated with the Berlin-based initiative Zona Dynamic, developing formats based on ideas of co-production and co-exchange, such as Pala Lab_Collective Affairs, a temporary laboratory aimed to reflect upon the nature of collaboration and its politics, or the Zona Sessions, a structure for cross-disciplinary exchange and collaborative research bridging Amman and Berlin.

Christian Perdix creates works that address the way in which the internet has brought international politics and pop culture into such close proximity that they are often just a click away from each other. His hybrid paintings reflect our online experience and view of a world, where factual information, fake news and entertainment mingle and merge. Perdix studied painting at the University of Applied Arts Vienna (MFA 2013), the Academy of Visual Arts Leipzig and the University of Art and Design Linz. In 2013 he was awarded the Franc-Vila-Prize and held a studio scholarship at das weisse haus, Vienna. He was artist in residence at the Center for Contemporary Arts Andratx, Spain (2014) and at the Teton Artlab Jackson, US (2018). Most recent exhibitions include ZAK – Zentrum für Aktuelle Kunst, and Kunstverein Tiergarten, Berlin (D), Kunstraum Potsdam (D) and FAIT Gallery, Brno (CZ).

Alberto Stievanin questions the fundamental processes that define a discipline. During his studies in architecture and having worked as an architect both in a studio as well as in an academic context, Stievanin became interested in the interaction and the movement of people whithin domestic settings. Having moved on to study photography in 2016, Stievanin put the photographic medium at the heart of his research, questioning how the very act of taking pictures influences and shapes our contemporary spaces and society. In his practice he employs various image making techniques including photo cameras, scanners, video, mobile phones and computers. Stievanin studied architecture at the National School of Architecture of Versailles, the IUAV University of Venice (MA, 2010) and holds an MA in Photography from IUAV (MA, 2017).
