In this concert & reading, Vida Vojić invokes the spirit of St. Hildegard of Bingen, singing her sacred music accompanied by the glass harp, reading her poetry and sharing tales from her fascinating life story.
St. Hildegard of Bingen was a Benedictine abbess and polymath, active as a composer, theologian, painter, philosopher, poet, mystic, herbalist and medical writer during 12th century Roman Germany.
Vida Vojić is a music and performance artist, writer and alchemical drummer from Gothenburg, Sweden.
