NME Music Photography Awards

Starting the new year with a bang, we are excited to host theà‚ NME Music Photography Awardsà‚ Exhibition, presented by internationally famous music brand NMEà‚ and camera manufacturer Nikon.à‚ à‚  à‚  The exhibition celebrates the winners of the 2011 NME Music Awards Competition, showcasing fantasticà‚ music photography from both amateur and professional photographers. Categoriesà‚ include Live, Portrait, Reportage, Festivals, and Under-18s. Amongst others, a collection from Dean Chalkley, winner of the Outstanding Contribution award, will be on show.à‚  à‚  First rated byà‚ NME.comà‚ users, entries were judged by an expert panel headed by photo director forà‚ NMEà‚ andà‚ NME.com,à‚ Marian Paterson, and renowned music photographer and 2010's Outstanding Contribution winner, Andy Willsher.à‚ Prizes for the winners of the amateur categories, the professional photographer of the year and the outstanding Contribution award will be awarded at the opening night party.
