New Normal by Dr Peipei Yu and Jing Guo is an exciting new exhibition of prints and scarves. The designers share their memories from their travels and life before covid and raise the question of how life will be post covid.
About
The exhibition showcases a series of works that were created when the artists Dr Peipei Yu and Jing Guo were able to travel before the covid pandemic crisis. Following a year of self-isolation, self-reflection and being ‘locked’, this exhibition could be seen as a sign of ‘back to normal, yet the exhibition asking us to consider what normal is or will be.
A New Normal raises the questions of how life in a world that has changed will be; how does international travelling work; how does the vaccination work; how does the shift to virtual working work.
