A series of four arts workshops taking place on consecutive Sundays in October
About
This series of workshops will be led by Lisa Temple-Cox, drawing from the contents of her personal wunderkammer/curiosity cabinet. The workshops will take place in the Benham Gallery at Cuckoo Farm Studios, on the outskirts of historic Colchester, Britain's oldest recorded town.
Each week will cover a different medium and/or process. They can be booked individually, or you can attend all four.
Booking is advised, as class sizes will be kept small to ensure a quality of experience for all participants.
No experience necessary! All materials provided, although you are welcome to bring your own.
Workshops in brief:
Sunday 7th October: Charcoal and red chalk (this session will begin with a charcoal burn where participants can make their own drawing charcoal)
Sunday 14th October: Pen and ink.
Sunday 21st October: Wipe-out oils.
Sunday 28th October: Transfert-collé.
£55 per workshop, or £200 for all four.
