MY SIZE, the solo exhibition by Francesco Granieri examines the concept of scale meant as architectonic measure: the relation between reality and its reduction, in an attempt to widen our perception.

The exhibition draws a path where the artist alternates the supporting columns of the exhibition area with seven columns covered by fragments of mirrors where the observer becomes part of a fluctuating mosaic.

Large canvas on the walls, veiled by coats of colour, are hiding slightly visible memories, letting re-emerge what's been chosen by our memory, the details that made it unforgettable.

Memory, reminiscence, hidden consciences, double meaning of things, perhaps reconsidered as translucent signs of subtle emotions.

To complete the eye-catcher, the well-structured and accurate model that reproduces in small-scale the entire exhibition: “an exhibition inside the exhibition”, where everything is repeated in detail in an unusual duplication inside itself.
