My Jerusalem is a solo performance derived from a song. A politically charged tale of a drunken one-night-stand, infused with stories of growing up in the political turmoil of 80’s Israel. · The show has evoked strong emotions and reactions, with Avital being labelled both an ‘Israel hating antisemite’ and a ‘zionist racist’.

The Show My Jerusalem was commissioned by hÅb/Word of Warning/STUN + Contact in Manchester with Arts Council England's support, mentored by Peader Kirk.
The film about My Jerusalem was made by Chris Davis and Avital Raz with additional filming from Jimmy McBroom.
