National Army Museum celebrate their Tribute Ink exhibition, which looks at the connection between art and tattoos and the history and meaning behind service personnel’s tattoos.
The Museum Late, which is free to all will feature a series of tattoo activities and themed events.

Panel discussion
Tattoos play an important part within the Armed Forces community. Listen to our panel exploring the role of tattoos as symbols of personal remembrance. Full panel to be announced.
10-minute talks
Hear from Chelsea Pensioners and serving soldiers as they explain what their tattoos mean to them. Dr Matt Lodder, Senior Art Historian at the University of Essex, will also be revealing the historical significance of tattoos.
Music
The British Army Rock Band will be playing the greatest hits from the world of rock and pop throughout the evening.
Get creative
Try your hand at life-drawing with the renowned Art Macabre. And head to our temporary tattoo stand to design your own unique tattoo.
