Mundos Paralelos takes a current pulse on the universe of five London-based Latinx artists. It is a site of collision between themes of auto-fiction, identity politics, and the placement of the individual within an ever-expanding global context.

About

The works in the exhibition incubate moments of hope, detachment and recognition from a young Latinx migrant perspective. Each artist creates a portal through which they are able to ponder the mundane, revise dystopian realities, or assign new meaning to ordinary objects and actions. By connecting these moments, Mundos Paralelos aims to carefully retrace the trajectories that are woven between countries, cultures, and identities.
