This year is a special moment in West Sussex Mind‘s campaign work for Mental Health and Anti-stigma awareness in the community – so much has passed and as in past years we would love to connect with passers by and visitors alike.
About
We hope to bring all the sunshine, creativity and thoughtful messaging from Champions who know just how important self-care and the power of community is for better mental health. We return with a truly varied palate. Photo stories of Champions using movement – stories shared with you – Kite making, flying and displaying as a way to rekindle connection and uplifting community action.
We will bring RU OK x3 our new Lego helper to help young people navigate and find out about all the super powers they have for their mental health and of course lots of volunteers to give out information and point people in the direction of support.
