MOTHERHOOD IS CONTEMPORARY is an interwoven exhibition of three women artists expressing a feminine narrative through the exploration of ceramics, paintings and textile.
About
Drawing from scholarship on ancient religion, cave paintings and female experiences, the work considers the Great Mother, the three-tier goddess (Maiden, Mother and Crone) and the three-tier realm (Heaven, Earth and Underworld).
