The Baldwin Gallery, a new home-based exhibition and salon space that follows Native American philosophies in relation to art, will open in London’s Blackheath this November with the inaugural group show Mobile Forms: from Parisian Abstraction to Amerindian Pop.
About
Inaugural exhibition in new home-based space explores point and counterpoint between indigenous Canadian Pacific coast visual identity and European abstraction. Work by Canadian Pacific coast Kwakwaka'wakw and Haida contemporary artists is exhibited in dialogue with paintings by Parisian abstract painter, Alexandra Roussopoulos.
