Minna Hint is an emerging Estonian artist who uses a documentary style approach to create video installations. She has been commissioned by Glynn Vivian Art Gallery to make new work to celebrate 60 years of the Swansea Festival of Music and the Arts.
Through her work she often explores alternative lifestyles and communities. The resulting films poignantly reveal a great deal about our contemporary condition and current attitudes. This project includes an exhibition at the gallery and an off-site project both revolve around her recent interest in an enigmatic underground music scene.
The off-site project visit is on Sunday 5 October, 4.30pm (meet at Car Park on Oystermouth Road opposite Patti Pavilion and contact gallery on 01792 516900 for details).
