Strangelove: moving image festival presents Mindfulness Through Animation Symposium. 

Can drawn animation be combined with mindful meditation to help develop focus and concentration skills in arts and design students? Is repetitive mark-making a mindful activity? This seminar combines presentations reporting on the use of mindfulness in Higher Education with an experiential workshop on the mindfulness of drawing by artist, Bella Green. Speakers include Graham Barton, Bella Green and Birgitta Hosea.
Some materials willbe provided for the workshop, but participants are advised to bring a hard-backed sketchbook or board to lean on and a range of mark-making materials.
