A live Art Jam that challenges illustrators and artists and their ability to generate ideas rapidly while merging with the style of others.

About

Crazivity Design Studio brings you Merging Inks. A collaborative art jam that challenges illustrators and 2d artists (exc oils & spray paint) and their ability to generate and visualise ideas rapidly whilst merging with the style of other creatives.

Imagine if Salvador Dali had collaborated with Keith Haring, would it have been a master piece or visual disaster?

An evening in which the format of speed dating/networking meets live artistic collaboration and will result in a collection built in front of an audience. The canvases and some materials will be provided but it is advisable to bring your own preferred weapon-of-mass-creation.

The innovative process will be complemented with music from a radio dj, live band and a select number of performances.

There will also be stalls selling and showcasing independently made products and creations to the art appreciating audience who will be creating the atmosphere and buying a piece of art.

Our next event coming up takes place December 10th at Westminster Reference Library in Central London (just off Leceister Square).

Entry to the next edition is £5 in advance or £7 on the door and you can buy your ticket online via the guestlist page.

If you are interested in the project and want to get involved, contact Roxanne via merginginks@crazivity.com or fill in the artist participation form.
