NEGRE gallery will be holding a one off street catwalk event to present the Spring/ Summer 2011 collection of Miguel Jarabo's JARABOWTIE from Madrid, Spain. Already on sale at select stores in Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Berlin, the Spanish designer finally brings his unique collection of dicky bows to London, to be sold exclusively at NEGRE design, art & fashion. To celebrate this new union we are holding a May Day street catwalk that will take place on Columbia Road, in and amongst the bustling Sunday flower market together with an exhibition of his new S/S 2011 collection. Five male models from cosmic agency will browse, stroll and saunter through the market presenting the collection to the public. Whether they are having a coffee, sitting down for a drink, shopping for flowers or losing themselves in the crowd, our models use the street as their catwalk, taking a back position so as to melt into the foreground.
