Jurmala is the largest resort city on the coast of the Baltic Sea, where nature and urban environment coexist in balance. Here, once every two years the international painting biennale Marina is held, where the source of inspiration for artists is the sea - in its diversity of changing ambiences.
Organisers: the Jurmala City Museum and the Jūrmala History and Art Society in collaboration with the Jūrmala City Council.
