MOOGZ's sound art installation inside the Cable Depot project space. Outside is an open bar marquee, music and stunning Thames views.
About
[Malignancy] is an in-person experience inside the Cable Depot space; entry to the installation is scheduled on a per-household basis.
The online experience also requires Eventbrite registration. A web link will be sent prior to its opening at 1800 on 21st May.
The sound installation features composition and recordings made over 12 years by MOOGZ and his mum Angela. The sound material is assembled as a montage to depict the long journey of Angela's chemotherapy treatment and palliative care. All the sounds are created from active chemotherapy machines and location-specific field recordings.

Cable Depot is an art project space in an historical industrial setting by the Thames in Woolwich. The nearest DLR is Woolwich Dockyard. Direct sat-nav toward the Thames-side Studios which is in the lot opposite Cable Depot.
