See what happens when Scarborough Art Gallery takes part in the Campaign for Drawing's Bid Draw:- Late Opening Fri 12 Oct 5 -9pm - Come along and meet the artists and children involved in getting this exhibition up on the wall. There'll be plenty of drawing equipment to hand for you to make your own mark. Drop-in All ArtULTS Sat 13 Oct 10am-12pm & 2-4pm - This is art for ADULTS. We have joined up with Crescent Arts studios to put on series of taster events for you to drop in to. Whether you are interested in drawing, printing, ceramics, felt making or knitting - we have it all. Jon us in our Art Centre in The Crescent gardens for workshop timetables. Drop-in 14yrs+ Study Day Tues 16 Oct 10am-12pm & 2-4pm - This study day will give you access to a whole host of fascinating objects that you can use as a primary source for drawing. Start the day by looking through the collection and then spend the rest of your time studying it. Tutors will be on hand for guidance where necessary. Booking essential Adults Sinbad's Adventures Wed 17 Oct 10.30 -11.30am - Drop-in Under 5s creative workshop Life Drawing Thurs 18 Oct 6.30 - 8.30pm - If you have considered having a go at life drawing but didn't want to commit to a whole course, come to this free life drawing workshop and have a go. Booking essential Adults Drawing as a profession Fri 19 Oct 12.30 -1.30pm - Sally Taylor always has a drawing implement in her hand, whether it's taking time in her studio to work on her next exhibition, or inspiring a new generation of artists, making a mark is always part of her day. Come along and hear Jerwood Prize nominated Sally talk through her life as an artist. Booking essential All Saturday Art Club Sat 20 Oct 1 - 3 pm - Our regular art class is opening it's doors to all new comers this Saturday for those who thought they weren't ‘arty', or who perhaps fancy having a go at something. There will be printing, ceramics. Booking essential 5 -11yrs
