About
Learn how to make a copper garden trowel from recycled plumbing pipe and native hardwood. Create the ideal implement for planting out bulbs and seedlings with repurposing expert Henry Sears. You will learn to use a range of tools and techniques including hacksawing, filing, sanding and polishing copper and cleaving, paring, planing and sanding the wooden handle. Fitting the handle using a wheelwright’s tenon tool and riveting the blade onto the handle.
