Anastas (b. Bethlehem) and Gabri (b. Tehran) are artists based in New York. Their work takes various forms, from books to social events, and often examines aspects of languages and places. âm* of Bethlehem' (2003) is a video map that compares contemporary Bethlehem with a map of the city from 1973; this, alongside a selection of other films depict the everyday and overlooked, often where the personal, political and social converge.
