Lost Horizons - Contemporary Art Exhibition

About

From making a simple mark (or perhaps a burn) on paper, to more complex sculptural and video works, I am interested in exploring the passage of time, transience, and the impact ageing or change has on a range of objects and materials.

I am also interested in creating and exploring the moment of change before something changes or fades…….the point between the there and the not there, success and failure.

The changing, eroding, coastline near my studio in North Norfolk provides inspiration and some of my materials.  Echoing this, some of the works I produce will themselves change over time and may even be transitory, which I think enhances their interest and appeal.
