LOOP Fair arrives to its thirteenth edition from 4 to 6 June in Barcelona with a selection of 45 videos and artist films each presented by an international gallery. The video-based projects have been sourced from artists and committed galleries supporting stimulating moving image projects. The selection of films has been undertaken by a committee of video collectors made up of Isabelle Lemaître, Josée & Marc Gensollen, Haro Cumbusyan and Renee Drake, and chaired by Jean-Conrad Lemaître. 15 of the works presented are world premieres. For the first time, the fair includes sound-based projects. Independent curator Anne-Laure Chamboissier has curated this section that includes artists: Iñaki Bonillas, Michele Spanghero and Susan Philipsz. Since 2003, LOOP Fair has been the first fair devoted to video art and moving image, and an international meeting point for community-making and debate.
