About
Catherine Mac leod presents a week long show of children's work from Haberdashers' Askes School.....'Looking At War' is an exhibition by a group of 20 young local artists, whose ages range between 11 and 13 and are all attending Haberdasher Askes Academy. Having decided on their own theme of war and peace, they began making paintings and sculptures. These will also be arranged and displayed by the pupils themselves. The poster and tickets for the exhibition have been designed by one of the older students in the school who is studying A'level graphics. 'Looking At War' enables a group of talented young artists to make and be part of the display process involved when exhibiting in a gallery environment.
