This year, London Independent Photography is celebrating its milestone 25th Annual Exhibition. Each year this is the highlight of our group's calendar - a must-see event for anyone interested and involved with photography in London. The exhibition runs from 22 October until 3 November at The Strand Gallery, located in the heart of the West End. The exhibition, showcasing more than 100 images from 65 photographers, demonstrates the extraordinary diversity, breadth of talent, and craft for personal expression within the London Independent Photography membership. Our independent selectors this year were Francis Hodgson (art adviser specialising in fine photographs, photography critic of the Financial Times and a former head of the photographs department at Sotheby's), Colin Pantall (writer, photographer, and lecturer: documentary photography, at the University of South Wales) and Roelof Bakker (photographer, publisher of Negative Press London, former art director of Eve Magazine, and runner-up Best Mixed Anthology in the Saboteur Awards 2013).
