About
London has been the home of the Royal Watercolour Society since its foundation in 1804. Originally exhibiting in Pall Mall, then moving to Conduit Street in Mayfair (1938) before finally relocating to Bankside (1980), the Society has engaged with London for over 200 years.
Our artists have been inspired by its people, history, architecture, diversity and the many opportunities for artistic exploration and expression.
