About
Join us for an evening live podcast panel event discussing
How Do We Shape The Future Of Masculinity?
Tickets: https://ticketpass.org/event/EFLRKI
Can We Just Ask x TOMS are partnering to create a series of discussions made up of interviews and live panel events to fuel conversations that matter, bringing together thought-leaders, experts and personalities to provide insight around a particular topic or question.
Each event will tackle a different theme or topic, allowing our audience to delve into the subject with a range of different media covering a spectrum of questions and lines of thought.
The conversation will ask questions about the future of masculinity in the 21st Century: How do we move beyond rhetoric and look forward to provide a new image of the modern man? Do we need to build a blueprint for boys and men growing up in today's world? Why are men the most likely to commit suicide, and does society need to change its approach in order to tackle the issue? Do body image issues affect men more than they let on and does the fitness industry need to work harder to stop idolising unrealistic stereotypes? Are today's conversations making it harder for men and boys to find the right people to look up to? Is the idea of stamping out toxic masculinity causing more harm than it intends heal?
As always, the panel will be audience-led. We encourage everyone in the room to be part of the conversation, to make statements, ask questions and share their thoughts - there's no such thing as a stupid question.
The tickets are £6 (includes VAT), and the £5 ticket price will go directly to support The Mix, who are a UK based charity that provides free, confidential support for young people under 25 via online, social and mobile.
