From time to time we invite selected artists come along to the gallery and create art in the window of the gallery.
They get to expand their portfolio and you guys can come along, have a chat and watch the artist at work, engage with them as they create. FREE to attend!
Zoe Akroyd Parker enjoys creating images of powerful women from around the world, in the style of fashion illustrations. Zoe enjoys creating large pieces of work using a variety of media, especially charcoal. The work that Zoe has created for this exhibition, the Croydon Summer of Love, is driven by women who have had a particular influence on her own life particularly in terms of fashion and music. As Zoe was born at the start of the Summer of Love, this celebration has a special significance for her.
