About

'LITTLE SUMMER BENEFITS' - Opening on the evening of June 14th and running through midsummer until June 27th A two week Summer show (and gallery fund-raising benefit) at Cultivate, Vyner Street, a salon style show alive with specially selected smaller pieces of work, nothing bigger than A3 (plus frame) all on sale at no more that £200. We're anticipating a packed gallery full of work of all shapes and small sizes, our walls alive with diverse contradictions, with careful blends of styles, alive with a complete cross section of artistic creativity, contemporary mark making, complimentary flow and beautifully different pieces. something for almost everyone for people to just come in and enjoy (or indeed to buy there and then). Come explore some very reasonable priced art from some of the artists who who have already benefited from Cultivate (as well as new artists showing for the first time). Artists who have shown their work over the nine months that the artist-run gallery space will have been running for by the time the show opens, as well as artist who will be showing as we journey on with our Cultivating We expect the show to evolve over the two weeks as pieces leave the wall and new pieces arrive 10% of the sales will go to support the gallery and help keep it alive 9that's the Little Benefits bit), 90% goes to the artists and keeping them alive (Artists who wish to take part should get in touch directly via info@cultivatevynerstreet.com) Artists featured include ABIGAIL HILL AGATA CARDOSA ALAN WILSON ANDREA ZUCCHINI ANNA ROOTES CARRIE REICHARDT CHARLIE McFARLEY EMILY SPENCE EMMA HARVEY EMMA SOUTER EUN YOUNG LEE GARETH MORGAN GIUSI TOMASELLO JASON WALTON JAYHYUNG KIM JONI BELARUSKI KIRSTY HARRIS LEWIS BANISTER LEWIS CAMPBELL SHARON REEVES SEAN WORRALL TAHIRA BEGUM TIM SKINNER TIMOTHY GATENBY WENDY SAUNDERS and more to be confirmed
