Join us for drawing from a live model every Saturday and Sunday from 1-3pm or 4-6pm in NYC’s Flatiron District, convienentaly located near the 6 train at 23rd street. *Alternative dates/times are available for group bookings*
“Brandon’s life drawing classes were chill, fun, and instructive. Many local life drawing sessions are free-for-all Drink n’ Draws with no instruction, but Brandon’s provided that guidance if you wanted to take it. His thought out exercises loosen up your hand & break you out of your shell with the quick poses, while allowing enough time to really dive into the details with the long poses. Whether you’re following along with the exercise or not, Brandon’s super encouraging and and helpful, and is a great resource if you have any questions. The drinks and killer playlists were nice too :) Highly recommend taking one of his sessions!”

Artist, curator, and educator Brandon Michael Wisecarver has run figure drawing, art business boot-camps and critiques in NYC for over 5 years. The figure drawing sessions at Solas Studio are small intimate classes that afford more time for personal 1-on-1 instruction if needed. Open to artists of all skill levels, from absolute beginners to seasoned veterans alike. Warm, laid back, and welcoming to all. Follow along with suggested excersises, or do your own thing!
Drawing from a live model is a relaxing way to spend an evening out with friends, a great activity for date night, and the best way to keeping your artistic skills sharp. Tickets are limited to 15 artists per session, so don’t wait to book your spot!
