This course explores the structure of the body with the intention of developing the ability to make up figures. Drawing will be from observation of the life model, memory and imagination, informed by a sense of inquiry and empathy. There will be a variety of different poses with one, and sometimes two models each week. All levels are welcome including beginners.
This class includes anatomy lectures by Dr Philip Evans, 12 – 1 pm, 5 and 19 October; 2, 16, and 30 November.
Drop-in places available. £35 full-day, £18 half-day. Anatomy lectures open to the public at £5 (concessions do not apply for these lectures).
