Step into a new dimension of storytelling with immersive art and extended reality (XR) at the 65th BFI London Film Festival from 6-17 October with LFF Expanded

As well was the regular film screenings, this year the festival will be stepping into a new dimension of storytelling with LFF Expanded, an unmissable programme of Immersive Art and Extended Reality (XR) - presented both virtually worldwide and across multiple venues around London’s South Bank from 6-17 October.

This year’s programme features 18 works from creators bringing stories and experiences to life through bleeding-edge, immersive technologies, including interactive VR, 360 films, augmented reality, mixed reality and live immersive performance.

Audiences can experience all these works at the main physical exhibition at 26 Leake Street (underneath Waterloo station) and other venues near London’s Southbank, timed tickets. They last for 90 minutes and will allow visitors to experience 3-4 works at their leisure.
