About

Peninsula Arts Gallery Over the past 15 years Jane Grant has been making work about trying to escape from gravity. The exhibition Leaving Earth includes a premiere of her new piece, an artist's film based on scientific research and literary ideas regarding the formation of our Earth and Moon. In her film she uses computer-generated imagery to explore the exchange of matter between the earth and moon. The film will seek to reveal unconscious desires regarding falling and flying.
