Workshop led by Laura Fishman
This workshop is an introduction to 'GOLDEN's Modern Theory Colour Mixing Set'. The concept around this set is to create, within a reasonably small selection of colours, the potential to mix the widest range of unique colours. Not only do these specific colours allow the artist to produce the widest colour range with the fewest number of colours, it also provides mixtures of remarkably clean, intense colour blends that retain their brilliance even in the thinnest wash or glaze. During the workshop attendees will be shown how to make a colour wheel using just three primary colours and gain insight into how to mix colours. The information can be applied to oil, watercolour, and other wet media. This is a great foundation for beginners, but even advanced artists will be surprised at how useful this class is.
