About
In 'Landscapes, Real and Imagined' Lee Fether's work takes on a different direction. To date she has focused primarily on portraiture, here she explores composition without having an explicit narrative. Her starting point is the horizon, with shapes, colour blocks and line forming a composition which hints at landscape.
Using the ideas she explored in her abstracted landscapes, she deconstructs elements of the landscape view, for a series based on Blackheath.
