About
Three Colt Gallery presents the work of landscape photographer Rhiain Lefton. This exhibition showcases immersive work taken over a period of years in a small valley in France, recording ongoing change alongside ‘deep time’ and asks whether compositions of plant life itself can also serve as documentary in a rapidly changing climate.
Limited edition fine art photography printed and framed within conservation norms, available to purchase.

Landscape as archive: what does it mean to document the landscape as photographers?
We will look into what we might understand by landscape/ a landscape photograph/ a document/ a documentary and discuss ideas around truth and representation and whether less literal representations might have their place.
The cafe will be open for drinks and food.
