Lakavu, our new fringe theatre production, will open at the Hope Theatre in London this April.
Based on true events, the play tells the story of an aid worker and his journey through Papua New Guinea. Interspersed with colourful local legends, Matt Gibbs’ monologue discusses his experience as an aid worker, as he comes across an abandoned AIDS orphan in one of the local villages.
The play will run for four nights only at the award winning Hope Theatre in London, run by Off West End award winning Artistic Director Matthew Parker.
