About

Kuldeep's latest works were influenced by his interest in ancient Indian religion and culture, more precisely, Shaivism arising about 6000 BC. Shaivism ischaracterized by the worship of the principle of life, whose symbol is the Lingam; according to to shaivite prophecy, humanity's sole hope of survival resides in the current revolutionary struggle for sexual liberation. Only the worship of principle of life and its symbol the Lingam can draw down heavens blessing on humankind, which is threatened by divine wrath at a civilization whose ethic, instead of happiness, joy and pleasure, pursues war, sexual repression, hypocrisy and persecution of love. On exhibition there will be wall mounted sculptures made out of glazed ceramics. Kuldeep's take on Shaivism through his work has created beautiful contemporary art pieces, both aesthetically pleasing and conceptually charged.
