"The fewer impressions my senses can perceive, the greater the chance that I can merge with another part of reality than myself. In other eyes I can see the reflection of flames. They burn the darkness in the space that surrounds our flesh.
And this longing and inner emptiness is balanced by the fact that Mars is now inhabited by robots,who are already growing potatoes there. Food for the first settlers, the first colony on amorpheren planet.“
The exhibition combines technological discourse with artistic research. Binary concepts of identity are questioned in drawings, stories, videos and ceramic sculptures. The tuber is used to outline rhysomatic structures that locate categories of origin, humanity and plant life in a constant process of transformation.
