Grand Union proudly presents 999321 Kjersti G. Andvig and Lars Laumann's first collaborative exhibition in the UK. Both works in the exhibition involve Carlton A. Turner, a Texan death row inmate whose prison number makes the title. Comprising of a documentary video and a hand-knitted reproduction of Turner's cell made in collaboration with him between 2006 and 2008, both works narrate the evolution of Andvig's and Turner professional partnership and latter romantic relationship. Please join us for the exhibition opening on Thursday 28 March 6-8pm.
