Cell Project Space presents a special performance reading by poet, Keston Sutherland inside Natalie Dray's current exhibition, DRAY.

About

For this event Sutherland will read from his new work in progress called 'Jenkins, Moore and Bird', a metrical proposal for managing the full disclosure of the hidden relationships between the Qatari sovereign wealth fund, sanity, the former Chief Executive of Barclays Capital's Private Equity Group, the suspended general secretary of UKIP, art, and the dream analogues of the Monte Carlo-based ex-star of 'For Your Eyes Only'.

High on its own sensitivity, his writings explode the familiar modes of poetry, fusing the lyric tradition with the high-octane languages of protest, stock market exchange and information technology.

Keston Sutherland (born 1976) is a British poet, and Professor of Poetics at the University of Sussex. Notable published works include The Odes to TL61P, (Enitharmon, 2013) The Stats on Infinity, (Crater, 2010) Stress Position, (Barque Press, 2009).

The exhibition DRAY can be viewed during and after the event.
